Belly dancing is a great way to exercise your body gently, and its fun as well!!! We will have coined scarfs you can use in the class and fans also. I will show you the moves (there are only 7) to learn and you can join in or sit and watch at first, whatever suits you. classes will start in February on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month
