Hello my name is Tim

Having recently retired and moved to Crediton from Canterbury in Kent, I am now offering my time to provide friendly, reliable IT support to the local community.

With over 40 years of experience in IT, I began my career as an apprentice software engineer at the age of 16, spending a decade developing programs for the Fresh Produce industry before going on to lead a remote support department serving over one hundred companies. I later joined a large independent school in Canterbury as Network Manager, where I supported staff, pupils and parents with a wide range of technology—from everyday office equipment to more complex technical challenges.

I have a broad knowledge of IT systems and devices, and a determination to see every problem through to a solution. I am always happy to be contacted and will do my very best to help with any IT issues you may have.
